Dorevitch Pathology has a collection centre within our facility. This is currently operating Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8.30 am - 1.00 pm.
We provide care and ongoing support for persons who are injured or ill due to their workplace and liaise with other stakeholders to ensure a swift recovery and practical return to work for both the employee and employer.
Hume Medical Centre is able to provide Pre-Employment Medicals and recurring employment medicals. This provides a baseline health assessment for a worker before they enter a role with an employer and assists with risk management to identify if the worker is medically suitable.
We have a wide range of important allied health services by visiting health professionals to assist with the care and support of our valued clients. Under the Enhanced Primary Care programe we are able to provide following services bulk billed.
We also refer to our local physiotherapist and two psychologist's Kristy Ward and Margaret Goodman
Our General Practitioner are able to give sound advice on travel vaccine needs before travelling overseas. We can then provide a schedule of when and how the vaccines are to be given prior to travel.
We also provide childhood immunisations and catch up vaccines for adolescents.
Influenza, Pneumococcal and Shingles vaccines also available as needed.
Hume Medical Centre is able to provide access to specialist in Sydney via Skype sessions as required. This enable our clients to consult with a specialist that would ordinarily not be able to attend appointments due to cost and inability to travel.
